I am also in the same boat. EB1-C India. 485 RD 9/29/06 ND 10/4/06. Now, I am planning to change my employer. Gurus, can somebody please let me know the risks involved in changing the employer (AC21). Since my case doesn't involve a labor, what does the same/similar job requirement mean?
