1. non profit
2.have a university attached which trains physicians.
If it is a non profit and a university that trains nurses it will not qualify.

Amy, forgive me you should contact the USCIS ombudsmans office. All though they may have discontinued that office. 2008 filing is too long! Did they happen to send you a request for further information?
