Hi Folks, I need some advice with my situation here. I joined a new company recently and got my h1 transferred. My previous company had filed for my 140/485 but I had to leave. My new company is ready to file for my green card. What are my options here? Has anybody run into such a situation...

h1 transfer - how long to wait? I have a similar question - my h1 visa expires next month and I have an offer from a new employer. This employer has agreed to start my H1 transfer process. I am not sure how long I should wait before resigning from my current employer?
