I tried several times to access my I485 case status information by calling number 1-800-375-5283, but it has been saying "due to a temporary problem your case status is unavailable ..." for over two weeks. Anybody had similar experience? What is going on and what can I do? Thanks.

Me too EB1 I140/I485: 01/02/2003 FP 1: 11/2003 I140 approved: 12/2003 Recently the status has been changed to "an approval or registration has ... ". While I had hoped that this means APPROVAL, my attorney told me that she just received a letter stating that FP2 is going to be required.
