Yes, it's shows your nationality, and your immigration status

USCIS has more effective ways to do their background checks, FBI, name checks under the terrorist list, etc. if you're trying to hide something they'll find out. I'll suggest you check the USCIS website, there it explains the process of the background check, good luck. ✌️
