WE HAD E-MAILED HELPDESK SAYING THAT WE COULD NOT RESPOND TO THE SPONSORSHIP EMAIL AND GOT A RESPONSE THAT SOMEONE FROM DOL WOULD CALL TO CONFIRM THAT THE PETITION IS A VALID ONE. WE HAD SENT OUT THE MAIL ON JULY 11th AND GOT THE RESPONSE ON 12TH.

Doesn't PERM require all the recruitment efforts to be within 30 days-180 days? If so how would a Job Posted on School Website in jan be counted as one of the steps for a filing in JULY?

Issues with Sponsorhip Email. Rajaabhi, Is this a verified info (that the DOL is having issues with Sponsorship e-mail?). I knida have a feeling that the DOL is just not running the new cases through and is waiting for the system glitches to be fixed before they run it.

No-Email yet We had filed on June 30th and still no E-mail for the sponsorship. Please keep us updated about the timing.

I am also in the same situtaion with the PERM application for my wife. I think, the DOL is supposed to send e-mail to the "employer". But if the employer's email id is not supplied/not a secured email, I think they will mail the questionaire or call by phone. Please keep us posted on your status.

No need for Salary/Salary-Range in Advst I beleive there is no need to specify the salary/Salary-Range in the Advst. If we do mention the Salary it should be more than PW that's it.
