    I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

    Does this mean that your RD would be 5/5 and not 1/30?? Even my case got transferred to NSC on 5/17 and my RD on I-140 is 1/17. Dont know whats going on in these service centers..

    I guess if I-140 gets revoked then your i-485 too gets revoked. This would be serious situation for you since you got start from the scratch.
