oldcase - Did the AVM change for your son or do you know if he got his approval. My wife\'s AVM is still the same. I had called INS Vermont and was told that since it is my wife\'s case they can only give the status to her. I waited for twenty minutes on the phone to hear that. Good luck, Thanks

No Title Haven\'t got the approval notice as yet as my lawyer will be getting it and I had no way to contact him because of the snow storm. I will try contacting INS Vermont about my wife\'s case and I\'ll encourage you to do the same for your son. Good luck.
