Hello, USCIS is accepting I-485 till Aug 17th which indirectly implies that they would also process pending cases and approve if the FP is current, name check is done and visa number is assigned. Thanks

Hello, The trend of approvals has changed in NSC. Looks like there are lot of EB3 approvals but did not see any EB2 approvals after the recent bulletin updates. NSC officials say they are processing by I-485 RD and looks like the processing is in Dec'2004 RDs. Pls post your updates here aswell...
