My 485 started originally in VSC, was moved to TSC in 2006. Last year i sent to TSC and they requested me to file in NSC. I want to mail it to NSC. But could not find the address Should i send to NSC ? OR lock box? COuld some one give me the address of these please?

not all the time. last year (2007) i got on the 89th day and the physical card on 95th day.May be they did convert to batch process recently.

EAD - so fast. Shows that many workers in CIS are sitting idle... Why dont they dust of the files and process other cases from the warehouse... Strange CIS way - the first time i applied for EAD, it took 5.5+ months to get it. and i had stand i line from midnight to get the interim one...

Thanks guys - So, at this rate , of 10 or 20 K visa numbers/year , and lot of pending apps, subs labor filings, i guess it would take a lot of years to open my file...Might be my children will grow up & end up sponsoring me

Curious to know - as i have also spent many years (from 1999) and multiple filings. Last year, June 2007, i checked and talked to some prospectective emloyers. They said that as i have crossed the 6 year mark, i could not file for a labor sub. Also, i will have to with draw my case & file a EB2...
