    As I posted before, I had an LUD on approved 140 on March 6, I thought it is because of H1 apllication and it looks like it is. Today I got the H1 approval.

    Thanks for the info. My H1 extension had been applied 2 months ago, no approval as yet. last time, it took them 6 months to approve my H1. Hope this time will not take that long. Also my PD is 08/2001, EB2, so hope to see my GC soon.

    I had two LUDs on approved I140 on February 24 and on March 6th. the last one, I think, is triggered by H1 extension (had LUD on H1 too). any idea from your part????

    Tracker:485 Approvals after Retrogression:Oct to Dec 2005

    That's the standard message after they receive the RFE response. I got the same message after sending RFE for 140 and it was approved after 20 days, a friend of mine got the same message for his 485 RFE then got his approval in about a month. I hope you will see your approval very soon.

    Anyway, u are not allowed to call them regarding 140 status. The employer is the petitioner and he is the one (or your/his lawyer) who can call them.
