I-140 Approved : I checked the status online just now. It has been approved on April 12th 2006. I am in EB3 category and my RD is 11/13/2005.

Even my lawyers didn't mention aything about my case until I asked them. Better talk to them frequently and get an update... Hope you will get it soon.. Good luck.

Labor Approved Finally... Phew..... After 3.5 years.. EB3 PD -> May 2002 RD -> 14-APR-2003 Market Re-test sent to DOL -> 12-SEP-2005 Heard from lawyer today about the approval. Not sure about the approval date. Will see you all in I140 forum... Don't think will get into I485 forum soon...

Received Market Re-test letter from DOL Just got an update from Immigration team that they received Market Re-test option from DOL on 2nd August. They informed me today only. Looks like they placed an advertisement today. Will wait for 2 weeks to reply to DOL. RD: 4/14/03 Case: 95599XX

Raj, My case is also not certified yet and it's EB3. No recent layoff's (only happened in 2001) and lot of hiring going on for the past 6 months. Not sure why our cases are going on hold.

Looks like my case also got skipped but I will wait... It doesn't make sense to see them skipping almost 50 cases in between.
