Wow! That is indeed fast! Was the FP appointment that you did last March a code 3 or code 1? Also, is the start date of your residency (as found on the card) the same as the approval date?

Joelly, It means that FP results were complete. Name check is done as a separate process apart from FP check. If you call or do an InfoPass, the officer can give you the status of your name check.

From experience, the name check process is initiated earlier than FP but may or may not be done after FP is cleared. One can confirm if name check is cleared on your case thru either InfoPass or the 1-800 number.
