I am on h4 and have been admitted into masters program in 2005. I have been doing classes half time and now I have registered for 2 classes in summer and have only 1 class left for Fall semester. program requirements are to clean up all classes and have only the last exit class for the last...
got LUDs on both I-485's on Dec 02 with the change of message that both applications are now pending with TSC (where they had been transfered 2 months ago).
So, perhaps FPs will be on their way after the holiday season. Will give them a call to inquire..
Still no FP.
Heard from a friend's attorney that TSC is extremely erratic in sending FPs and it takes a good 2-3 months after ND to schedule and send FP.
Dec 1st will be 2 moths since ND for me. Do you guys think I should call TSC and inquire about FP or just stay put?
thanks,
nothing new on my side either!
Round trip TSC-CSC-TSC, Notice date Oct 1 from CSC, and received transfer notices on Oct 2 and LUD on the same day.
After that nothing!
Ead received 4 weeks ago, AP not yet applied. FP - still no show. Will call and open SR after Thanksgiving ...
it may even come out on 17th and later or not at all. It may be Current across the board or Retrogressed for all, or something in-between.
Either way, some wait (long or super long) awaits us, weather we like it or not...
same here,
I-485 did a roundtrip TSC-CSC-TSC. Got receipts, EAD approval from CSC. and I-485 transferred back to Texas on Oct 2. After that only one LUD, but still no FP. for details - see singature
wife's EAD approved on 10/04. She got it in mail 10/11. Went by local SSA office and applied for SSN 10/12. Verification went through immediately and she was told to expect the card in 5-10 days.
Yes, received WAC receipt notices one day after I saw Checks cashed. And couple of days later, received transfer notices with the same WAC numbers.
Waiting to get Fingerprinting Notice.
Take it easy gvenkat,
my case is the same as yours, read the signature for all updates.
By the way, in their receipting update USCIS kindly informed that both Texas and Nebraska are sending cases to Vermont and California to help with the frontlogs. So nothing unusual here, your case...
Common sense, they need to link already approved or pending I-140 to your AOS application, since your AOS is based on it. :)
Surely, you remember questions asking on what basis you are applying for AOS.:D
What's the reason for starting this thread?
Did you not notice, that there is already a 3+ pages long TEXAS thread for everyone who filed in May/June/July of 2007.
You may want to post your info there, instead of creating a new one.
Yeah,
in that case, nothing to do except wait. You certainly can start calling them, as soon as you cross 90+ days wait. I dont think it will be that long though? Did you go through a lawyer?
Once you get your RNotices you can set your portfolio and start daily ritual of checking fo LUDs...
