    Baobao, Have you checked with FBI and see if they have sent your FP result to Newark office instead of Vermont??? (FBI no.: 304-625-5590 choose option 3 and talk to rep.) Because FBI sometimes sent the results to wrong offices. Best reagards,

    My case (Jan. 2002 case/eb2) has been transfered to Newark, NJ. Seems most EB1 cases are transfered and I am trying to figure out why my case is tranfered. Anybody know the main reasons for tranfer? How long to wait at Newark office??? Thanks.:confused:
