Wait.. What else can we do.. You will only hurt yourself by being too anxious. Life is beautiful, and the day lived without Green Card can still be a wonderful day. I have a feeling that we, June filers, are at the end of this way - maybe another 30-40 days and it will be over. Take it...

Yes, another reason could be that in the end of May and in June, from what I\'ve heard, citizenship cases are getting higher priority comparing to immigration cases. So the approvals will somewhat slow down until July.

I used to expect my June case to be approved in February.. Still pending.. Unpredictable. Just relax - wasting your nerves won\'t help it. Hopefully it will be approved before July, I\'d hate to apply for another EAD..

My understanding is that it means nothing. It means that it WAS assigned to officer, but given that in some cases it takes monthes after RFE response for case to be adjudicated it could well mean that as soon as RFE is issued, the case is back on shelf. But sometimes it seems to stay...

60-90 days? OK, no big deal. Not the end of the world. After waiting for 50 monthes waiting another three won\'t make any difference. 10 weeks will pass you won\'t even notice..I\'d like to hear that from more credible sources than IIO though. To be sure that it is not worse than that.:)

I can face it anyday, as anyone in Telecom industry, it is just that there is nothing I can do about INS slowdown. So what would it change if I\'d be jumping around in nervous breakdown? Besides, even if I am laid off, and even, EVEN if I am denied of a GC, it is not the end of the...

Don\'t worry, it normally takes up to a month for AVM to get updated. I did my FPs on Dec 7, AVM got updated only on Jan 10. You do have to expect that your case will be done a bit later than ones of most of June filers, but I would not think that that delay would be something major...

It is simple. IIOs are people, just like us. Look at posters on these messageboards. Some are trying to calm each other down, encourage, cheer up, and some are trying to bring bad news, spread rumours, ignite panic with their posts. And both types know equally nothing about what is...
