Thanks, but I'm not sure on their lawyer situation. They didn't ask me to do this, I just heard about it and thought I'd see how I could help by asking on this forum. The kid has turned 21 for a year now, and an immigrant petition was filed for the kid as well.

I haven't been able to find out the exact visa, but they are not visitor visas. They are immigrating.

Hi, I know of a relative who, along with his wife, was granted visas. However, his child is over the age of 21, so the child was not granted a visa. Is there a way to allow the child to come with their parents without having the parents go through the process of sponsoring them when they arrive?
