Hello, y\'all. Does anyone have an idea of the US Consulate General in Hong Kong accepts attorney certified I-140 for consular processing? Or, an I-824 is a must?

Hello y\'all. My I-140 has finally been approved. Sadly, the INS has listed me for adjustment of status while I was planning for consular porcessing in Hong Kong to avoid the long delay. Instead of sending the I-140 back to INS for correction, do I have any other options? Somebody please help.
