It will basically be a service enquiry since it will be over a month since the RFE email. USCIS gives a reference number so there will be a proof of enquiry.

No change here either in spite of repeated faxes/calls/letters to USCIS. Computer glitch seems to be the only logical explanation. My lawyer is going to initiate an inquiry on Monday.

Thanks 2005perm. It does look like USCIS is using the same I-512L for all types of Advance Paroles as I found in a USCIS memo (please see my earlier post). So there is probably nothing to worry about.
