H1-B extension
no problem for H1 b extension As far as I know you are okay, since you have applied for extension before your current H1B expiration. I think this is okay both for extension and transfer. but dont take my word, consult your attorney. Good Luck- desi_areshan

H1 visa pending ,Got RFE, Wife's H 4 expired since last 4 month
H1 visa pending ,Got RFE, Missed Wife's H 4 since last 4 month I have applied for new H1B visa to VSC, RD-22 April 02. My OPT expired in JUNE 02.
