Yes LUD changed twice. But i believe one incident is probably due to my AP renewal approval in feb.

Any idea what this response to an USCIS inquiry mean "Please be advised that this case has been sent to an Adjudicating Officer in line for adjudication. Please allow sufficient time for processing" -WAC-02-122

Well waiting since feb 2002. How can anything be straight forward with USCIS? expecting toooooooooooooooo much I guess.

Well My first FP was done in Oct 2002. The case was probably then thrown in some dust bin till dec 2004. That is when I contact my local senator telling them that my 2nd FP was long due and they have not sent me FP2 inspite of me and my attorneys requesting it with three written inquiries. And...

I called USCIS after 2nd FP. The case is now in 'Name Check'.

Thatz unfortunate! I did a early (2nd) FP yesterday. I went in at 7.30A. They made us wait till all the people with that day scheduled appt for 8A was done and called us in later. I think it goes by each application service center I guess.

Sentor's help worked for me. Within 15 days of senetors office inquiry I got the 2nd FP notice. I also hear that the AILA liaisons will be able to help with cases like this.

The 120 day wait is all bogus. They asked me to wait for 60 days first then 120 days. I believe on next inquiry they will say 240 days. I contacted my local senator regardless as it takes a few days for the senators office to process the mails etc. I was told that the senators office sent an...

inquiries donot seem to work. The first inquiry response requests you to wait for 60 days and they will do something, the second inquiry respose requests you to wait for 120 days and contact them if the task is not done, have not yet tried the third one..... its just waste of time and energy in...
