I meant issues related to being 'out of status' or something along those lines with regards to immigrations. Company's HR is fine with me taking unpaid leave. Not sure about USCIS.

Never mind...I found the answer in the forum. Guess its critical to get a copy of 750A from the lawyer. I have a copy of 750B since I had to sign that before it was submitted. What a pain !! My current lawyer is gonna make me run around in circles before he gets me a copy of the damm form.
