    Expiration of FP

    Travelling abroad while waiting for I-485 adjustment of status

    HI, I have my I-140 approved and I-485 pending. I did not opt for EAD as I have a valid H-1B visa (the multiple entry is expired though). I heard that if I go to India with approved advanced parole, I will lose my H-1B visa when I come back...is this true?
