    anybody who is current got any progress on their 485s. I see no LUD after fingerprinting. Does being current really mean anything.

    my case is very similar to yours, eb2 india Jan 2004. called USCIS few days back and they said NC is still pending. Any idea how long does it take normally to clear name check ( I know worst case is 5 years).

    anybody who did efiling of EAD. I think efiling cases go to Missouri center. Even after I got my AP approval ( couple of weeks back), there is no LUD. I dont think Missouri Center is at all connected to the update system. Btw all case numbers starting with MSC are in Missouri center.

    just talked to CSR. she said that my security check is still pending. There are no visas available for this year so only in October something can be expected.

    ok, I finally got LUD in the afternoon though got FP done at 8 in the morning. I think the LUD happens after they get response from FBI
