Hi, There are many cases including mine applied on the last week of September 2005 and filed concurrently are still waiting.Either they are in one box and located in the bottom of the box or they are processing both 140/485 together.There is nothing anyone could do except to wait ...Attorneys...

Same situation here ...Conc filed on last week of Sep 2005.Prio date is 2002 July.I140 /485 received date Oct 18th. Transferred to TSC on Mar 22,LUD on 3/27 and nothing after that. It is just that they are not touching old concurrently filed cases for reason no one knows.

Hi, Freebird is not free yet after all. While the memo clear , it is not a regulation, rather it is a guideline. It is safe to wait for I-140 approval and then switch.
