Hi everyone I just joined this site I find it very interesting and informative I dont know if I am in the right place or is this the right time to ask my question but I still will someone will give me an answer. My daughter a US citizen filed papers for me to be a Legal Permanent Resident but the problem is I have a ten year multiple entry visa which will expire in January 2011 when I came to America I was given six months but I stayed three years and then I came back to my country not deported just came home. I have already paid the IV bill and is in the process of filling the DS 230 form what I am asking does anyone have any idea if this is going to work out for me with the immigration when I go for interview if I am called. Have anyone heard of such a case in the past? Thank you.
