updated tracker My lawyer is not giving me my NY DOL case number, which was moved on 5/20/03 to NY DOL. Is there any other way to know my case number so that i can check the status of my case?

updated excel file Guys, my lawyer send me an email last wed (4/3/03) that Labor Department assigned me a case number. From the case number, it looks like my case was filed/reached on 6/26/2001. Status: due to some additional documents sent unsigned, my lawyer is going to send those again...

new BCIS instead of INS Guys, Effective March 1, 2003, INS has ceased to exist. It has been taken over by Homeland Security and the new name is Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS). This info came from my lawyer. I don't know how this would affect/change the processing.
