Are you sure? I had talked to one of the lawyer. He told me that I need to apply for J waiver separately, but it doesn't make any sense as it should automatically waive . I feel so much confused. Chien

I am just wondering whether I need to file a separate form for J 1 waiver .I have been granted asylum a year ago. Do I need to file this waiver form or the approval of asylum itself nullifies my requirement to go back for two years.Any comment will be highly appreciated.
