Update -- Got new I-94 Yesterday I returned back from my trip to European country and at the POE it all took less than 2 minutes. I got the I-94 dates as per the latest approved I-797 when I showed the latest approval. Nothing was asked as proof by the inspector, like employment letter etc...

I have never heard of 2nd RFE.How long was it since you submitted the reply to the first RFE. INS took decision within one month of the RFE's reply in at least 2 cases I know of and both are approvals. What was asked for in the RFE ? Hope this helps you. cs
