    what is the procedure for this?. How do I get this interim EAD?.

    Does anybody know if there is any such rule that you can get an interim EAD if 90 days have past since you applied for EAD and your case has not been approved yet?. Any info will be of great help.

    I filed my 485 on 6/14/02 ( RD) at CSC. I see it is taking between 9 months to an year for getting the approval. Is this accurate?. How long do I need to wait before getting EAD?.

    filed 12/27/01 still waiting Guys, Not to sound pessimistic, I think those who filed in march, don\'t expect approval any time before July. Mine was filed on Dec 27th 2001 ( EB2-RIR). I work for a large company with no layoffs in the last year. Still no RFE or approval so far...Be patient.
