ok so here is my deal i 130 approved f2a on marh 17th 05' receipt date may 17th 01', priority date april 23,2001 i was 17 yers old. about 3 weeks ago i got a letter from the natinal visa center saying a visa # is available for me and to answer within 30 day's if i was going to adjust status...

i just receive a letter from the nvc saying if i want to apply for adjustment of status in the usa or in ciudad juarez.mex.. has anybody here been through that.what happens next. any help will be good thanks.
