    Another trip down to the Manhattan office, and things got sorted out this time. I guess I was lucky - the file was in Manhattan today :) Anyway, I have an oath ceremony next week. Yay! Thanks again for the advice/concern.

    I didn't know that Office Locator does recognize my zip code. I wonder why they sent me to Garden City? Maybe separate computer systems for different activities? Zip code problems are my best guess, but who knows?
