NJ RIR Cases My LC was filed in may 2001 in NJ under RIR by my company. I have heard that all RIR cases are being rejected by DOL and they have to be filed again under the regular category and it will be atleast 2 yrs for LC. Is this true? Please reply if anyone has more info on this..Thanks
