45 days letter received on 06/06
RIR conversion filled on 02/07
Converted to RIR, then status changed to TD again and finally certified at TD!? WTF!?
Now we just have to wait for another 3 years until something is available on EB3...

Does the Dallas back log center follow any kind of sense on their processing?
Not it seems my case is back to TD...

If I were you, I'd sit tight a few more months and don't try anything. You should be certified by september 30th and that's the worst case scenerio. Then you can do the filling of I-140 and 485 simultaneously. In the best case scenario you will be certified within weeks.

let me know how it goes with you. My lawyer told me the same, "not to worry" and that's preciselly what worries me. I checked today again, same thing. The immigration lawyers I have dealt with so far are completelly clueless and don't care much about the outcome of our GCs...

By the way, this is my data info. One question for all of you, just in case anyone has been on "the same boat". When my TD-RIR conversition was filled, my online status changed from TD-In process to RIR-In process a few days after my lawyers sent the papers...

So there are roughly 58K pending in the DBECK. I wonder how many of the pending cases are traditional cases. Most of the RIR should have been cleared out by now.
Maybe, they will actually close the Backlog centers by September after all
