Surely there are thousands of applicants with children over 21... Surely there are thousands of DV applicants each year with children over 21! Any help here would be most appreciated. LucyMO?

The DV-2007 instructions require that you provide the details of all children who are unmarried and under 21. I have two sons over 21. "12. NUMBER OF CHILDREN THAT ARE UNMARRIED AND UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE – Except children that are either U.S. legal permanent residents or American citizens."...

Thanks for your reply. Of course I will. What I was wondering about is whether the priority date will reset if we make an address change (ie. we get a new one) or whether I will retain the date I was originally assigned when they received my petition.

Hi, We filed an I-130 application for our sister about a year and a half ago. Since then we have moved but still live in the same state. Does notifying the USCIS cause the priority date to reset? I really hope not given the fact that it would be reasonable for petitioners to change addresses...
