    INS requested RFE for waiver on my 2 year HRR. Spoke to somebody at INS they say they dont have record of my waiver. DOS issued me waiver 3 months back on sep. 14 2001. Please advise what to do.

    please help! INS sent RFe for I-612, havent received any case number for my I612 as yet

    ins has not givenme any i797 for my 2 year HRR. they also have asked for rfe for me to provide i612 approval of wauiver. do not know what to do. please advise.

    waiting for final waiver, INS asked in RFE for I-612 havent received I -797 for my waiver case INS has given me 90 days to provide further evidence. Dont know what to do. Please advice.

    I got RFE from INS TSC stating that i have to provide them with a I-612 approval of 2 year HRR. I applied for H1-B with a waiver recommendation from DOS.
