I got into the same problem. I received my green card with the misspelled name. I called the customer service and they say that I have to file I90 and submit the original card. Not sure how long it takes to get the card. Any one has any idea on how long it takes to get a new card? Any experiences?

One more update email received after the welcome email. Recevied the Approval email on 6/29. Moved to next step. Waiting for the email on Card / Physical card.

I don't think there will be any revision. it will be current from july 1st. otherwise , why would uscis approve so many old cases for the past two weeks. looks like they don't want the curse of old cases anymore. they approved crazily as if they were getting approval bonus.
