The primary applicant has recieved the GC stamping on the passport and the dependent's name check is pending. Can the primary quit without any risk. Does the spouse's GC at risk if primary is no longer with the employer. Please share your thoughts!

Is there a risk in the primary applicant (already recieved the stamp) in quitting their job with the employer who filed for GC especially when the dependent is still pending due to name check? Also can the dependent apply for EAD/AP till Name check gets cleared. Will the dependent applicant...
