Hi, My wife's I-140(EB2) was approved on 09/20/2006. Following are the details. I-140 RD - 05/03/2006 I-140 LUD - 07/22/2006 I-140 AD - 09/20/2006

my wife's H1 is going to expire soon My wife applied I 140 on May 3rd and her H1 is going to expire on Aug 2nd. In order to extend her H1 her I 140 should be approved before Aug 2nd. My question is......is there any way that she can extend my H1 with out the I 140 get approved. Thanks
