Not really, they are waiting on my green card to be approved to give me a managerial role though. I asked my HR to talk to lawyer, nothing yet... My role is very global though.

I am sure it must have been discussed some where, thought will ask again. If anyone wants to convert to EB1 from let's say EB3 what are the criteria and how much benefit on getting GC? Someone said a manager in a multinational will qualify for EB1 catergory..

I had LUD changes on 2/3, 2/11, 2/14 on mine and spouses case, on 2/3 on childs case.
