Hi, I won't lie to you it is not easy over here. I have a couple of guys here which i helped on the forum last year to get to the US since they don't have anybody to stay with and i tell you up till now they've not got anything doing. It is hard right now. For me i am not looking yet i am just going back to my work in the UK and start applying from there or if things get better i'll come back to look for job.
My advice to everybody is if you have a job just keep it for now but when you have your visa just come for the activation trip for like 2-3weeks and return to your work. While here just try and see what can make you keep up to the standard here like some other certifications you have to do to fit in.
For me when i come back i intend to start my own business, i think it is the best here if you have money.
Overall, it is not easy getting a job right now but it might depend on your discipline or luck though.
