The company I am talking about is not a consulting company. The job is also fixed in California. Is there still a possibility? or any work arounds? Thanks -

Hello- From heresay, I have been told that your LC can be filed either in the state you are working in or the state you company's headquarters is in (if different from your job state)? Is this correct? Regards
