    Tsc Ead AggieCh & AZCAC, Thank you very much. Your responses are very encouraging. I called the 1-800 #, and the response was to wait for a couple of more weeks even I doubted the mail was lost. I am just glad that I re-sent the application by certified mail, which was delivered on 05/18/06...
