However, what I think happens is that before you file the original N400, you need to have met the 3 month in state residency requirement from the state you are filing from. That requirement does not need to met again if you move and/or your application...

I was scheduled to have my interview on Jan 11 in newark, nj DO. It seems my file was updated because my LUD also shows today (1/8). Maybe we do not have to wait the full 3 months for the interview-- yeah right!
