    I am very happy to tell you that, today I got email from USCIS saying that my I-140 got approved. I got 2 I-140 RFE’s. gone through almost all kind of issues (Ability to pay, Education, EB2 vs EB2). Thank god now I am out of this problems. I moved one more step closer to real freedom.

    Thank you Saras76, gcamirage, gcaaa111 for your suggestions. You are correct, looks like this status message and LUD changes some times does not make sense. Today (04/08/05) my LUD got changed without status change.

    Hi Avnapa, My status message changed exactly as yours after submitting RFE. There are 3 LUD changes following that. No updates after that.
