Thanks everyone for all your wishes.. My congressmen's office helped me a lot to follow through my case. BTW, xwl12345 , Try to contact your congressmen and ask for help. that makes the process go much faster I think. God is really great!!!!

Heard from FBI that my name check is cleared about 50 days back. Everything is good to go. But no approval yet. God are you seeing all this. Why do we have to go through all this??? I wish I had never come to this country...!!!! From a very Frustrated and Disappointed Immigrant...

I can completely understand your situation. I am also in the same boat. Unfortunately nothing can be done about it.. We just have to use this forum to vent our frustration and keep praying to God that we get it approved soon. Hope we get it all approved soon!!!

Actually, I am almost in the same boat. Faxing to TSC everyday or contacting someone doesn't help. My Name check has been pending since the past several months. I sent several faxes to FBI and email and never got any response. Sent several faxes to CIS. Still waiting... Only God can...

Based on my intuition, I feel that the files for name check (Not all - a few files) for the cases with Receipt dates April, May and June 2002 to the FBI might have been lost and so CIS thinks that they have already sent the records to FBI for name check and FBI hasn't done the name check becos...
