@ashrobin123 Yes i just did. Didn’t have any issues. Was just asked how long have I been out of the country. Just make sure you have your complete valid docs with you (passport and GC) and not to stay outside US for a long time. Goodluck to everyone and looking forward to seeing more grants soon!

I think for NY, the latest good news grant here in the forum was around Nov-Dec 2021. I don’t recall anyone posting with 2022 Verbal approval. Again, I might be wrong. Hopefully they will start processing 2022 cases soon esp when the visa numbers come out in October.

Based on my experience with verbal approval, I don’t think you will get anything. You will only get a granted letter when the judge officially grants your case. They only do that when a visa number is available and is assigned to you. I also don’t think they know the exact processing time...

@Apafer This was a post from spate months ago. I’m not sure if your case is similar with his wife but hopefully they will reopen it too.

@Raj006 Did you apply for global entry? How long did you wait to get approved?
