    Is it ok to travel out of country and get a Visa revalidation after filing for I-485? I am on valid H1 but with expired 'visa stamp'. I dont want to wait for AP Thanks R

    Cant you switch your employer now and start the LC again thru PERM? You may be even eligible for EB2 now. Attach the approved EB2 to the new EB2 and can maintain the PD. You may save a year, by this. Any comments, anybody?
