    No Title For Eb-1 salary is not a problem. Subject back ground is most important. like publications,awards,memberships in reputed organisations.....etc. If you have any proceed. EB-1 (EA), EB-1 (OR) one requires Ph.D too, Any have Consult a lawyer..

    official proof of degree

    Official degree means photo copy of the degree certificate attested by your college/university responsible person. And it should be submitted in a sealed envelop to NABP office. If you have already done this, then i don`t know the meaning of official degree. All the best.
