I don't know about online processing of I 140. But my lawyer applied my I140 somewhere around feb 2007 and I am waiting for the approval. of course, a lot of guys like you who applied before me are waiting. Lets' wait and see.

Random approvals on the contrary, are they processing easy cases first???

why the case processing is not FIFO According to the USCIS website, TSC is processing I140 regular cases until Oct 2006. There are also some random approvals here and there until feb 2007. shouldn't the service centre process the cases in FIFO?? or in what order are they approving cases...

Certified My labor was certified by PBEC on 01/09/2007, which has a priority date of Aug 2004. Yet to receive the approval letter. Don't know how long i have to wait for the approval letter. Hope, that everybody gets out of this PBEC soon :) .

congrats for your approval. Did your case went to regional dol or stayed in harrisburg SWA before reaching PBEC. I thought today is a govt holiday. Is DOL working today :)

Count me in. My priority date is aug 2004 :mad: and now PBEC has started approving sep 2004. Don't know why they are skipping some cases and approving the rest. Hopefully, we will get out of this backlog mess atleast next year.

Ya, i did saw those approvals from trackitt.com. I think my case must be skipped by PBEC :confused: since they are now approving Sep 2004.
